Products are non‑binding offers. A contract is formed when we send an order‑confirmation e‑mail.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices shown include Austrian VAT.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.
We accept PayPal and credit/debit cards via Stripe.
4. Delivery
Goods ship from Austria within 1-3 business days after payment. Risk transfers on hand‑over to the carrier.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating reasons (Directive 2011/83/EU, FAGG).
Condition: Items must be unused and undamaged in original packaging.
Costs: You bear the direct cost of return shipping.

6. Reservation of Title
Goods remain our property until paid in full.
7. Liability
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence; product liability remains unaffected.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
Austrian law applies; UN CISG excluded. EU consumers may use the ODR platform (link in Legal Notice). Place of jurisdiction: Handelsgericht Wien.
