Terms & Conditions

  1. Scope
    These T&C apply to all purchases from Monkeylove EDC via www.monkeyloveedc.com. Contract language: English.

  2. Offer & Contract
    Products are non-binding offers. A contract is formed when we send an order-confirmation e-mail.

  3. Prices & Payment
    All prices shown include EU VAT.
    Shipping costs are added at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.
    We accept PayPal and credit/debit cards via Stripe.

  4. Delivery
    Goods ship from Austria within 1–3 business days after payment. Risk transfers to the buyer upon hand-over to the carrier.

  5. Failed Delivery, Unclaimed Parcels & Returns to Sender
    If a parcel cannot be delivered due to reasons within the customer’s responsibility (including but not limited to incorrect address details, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal of acceptance), the shipment will be returned to us.

In such cases:


  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from any refund.

If the customer wishes to have the order re-shipped, new shipping costs must be paid in advance.

If a returned parcel is not claimed or cannot be re-delivered, we reserve the right to treat the goods as abandoned after a reasonable period, without further obligation to refund.

  1. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
    You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating reasons (Directive 2011/83/EU, FAGG).

Condition: Items must be unused and undamaged in original packaging.

Costs: You bear the direct cost of return shipping.

Procedure: E-mail us at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number, then send the goods to:

Refunds: We refund payments (excluding outbound shipping) within 14 days after receipt and inspection, using the same payment method.

Exclusions: Customised or hygienically sealed items unsealed by you.

  1. Reservation of Title
    Goods remain our property until paid in full.

  2. Liability
    We are liable only for intent and gross negligence; mandatory product liability remains unaffected.

  3. Governing Law & Disputes
    Austrian law applies; UN CISG excluded. EU consumers may use the ODR platform (link in Legal Notice). Place of jurisdiction: Handelsgericht Wien.
